Registration Fees
The 2012 fees have not yet been set, but there are significant savings if you register prior to September 15, 2012 so mark this date on your calendar. If you decide not to register but would like to receive notifications about activities related to Ontario Contact, please subscribe to our newsletter.
Please note: There is a $60 cancellation fee per registration if cancelled after October 1, 2012, $100 cancellation fee if cancelled after October 15 and no refund if cancelled after October 22nd.

Travel Assistance
The Ontario Arts Council supports Ontario Contact and its delegates through providing travel assistance to those delegates travelling 300+ kilometres to attend. The Ontario Arts Council subsidy amount available to each organization is dependent on the number of requests received, and is pro-rated based on distance travelled. Generally a subsidy is available towards one delegate per presenter.
Applicants must register to Ontario Contact by September 15, 2011 and check off the travel allowance request. Priority will be given to those representing volunteer presenting organizations and generally only one person per organization will be supported.
Successful applicants must attend Ontario Contact and therefore will receive their cheques following the conference.
