Do you want an opportunity to shape Ontario Contact?
This is Your Conference.
Planning is well underway for Ontario Contact 2018 in St. Catharines. We have an enthusiastic local committee eager to showcase the conference and their beautiful community, but we are also looking for volunteers familiar with the conference to assist.
There are some wonderful opportunities with the facilities available to us this year and we want to take full advantage to make this the best Ontario Contact ever! The following opportunities are available:
Award Nominations and Selection Committee - Assist with generating nominations and sitting on the selection committee.
Raffle Assistance - Each year we hold a raffle (previously a silent auction) to support the conference. In the past, funds have assisted artists and presenters needing financial assistance to attend Ontario Contact, and have supported the pre-conference Artist Readiness Workshop. Volunteers are welcome to support in gathering raffle items prior to the conference, generating new ideas and approaches, and selling raffle tickets during Contact.
